2011 Post Christmas Concert - Please encourage your parish choirs (or religious community choir) to participate in the 2011 DIOCESE CONCERT. I am devising a Rehearsal Schedule that would entail less time and travel. Each parish and religious community will receive a package of sheet music for choir and accompanist with demo/practice CD to utilize during your choir practice and/or to use at your own convenient time. I can also arrange a once-a-month visit to each deanery to gather and practice the choirs from each parish. A once-a month practice with all the parish choirs from the diocese is, however, deemed necessary. Hopefully this new approach to make the 2011 CONCERT a reality would encourage more parish choirs to participate. If you have not submitted the Concert Form, please do so. I need to know the approximate number of participants for the production of concert materials. We are counting on everybody's contribution. Phone: 306-752-5518. Thank you and God bless, Fr. Alberto dela Pena (Our Lady of Consolation, Melfort Parish)
